Report of the Expert Meeting on Virtual Laboratories OPEN TRAINING

The present report reviews the motives, opportunities, mechanisms, and challenges presented by the development of VLs in support of co-operative research, and presents recommendations for future actions to ensure widespread sharing in the benefits of this emerging technology.
